The electoral college negates any serious impact of low approval ratings for Republicans. It will continue to do so because you need too many of the rural states to vote for a constitutional amendment and they're not giving up that power. 

His supporters made that decision a long time ago. He knows he's saying what the want to hear, and that they aren't going anywhere.

This. Most dermatologist stuff isn't covered and all, and it's not cheap. Even things that take 5-10 minutes that a PA is doing can run several hundred dollars.

One thing a lot of adopted folks are looking for is family medical history, which they need blood relative info for.

Sure, you might happen to score on a desperate dealer, but in my experience from selling cars and from friends who still do, you’re just as likely to get that same price on the 3rd or the 10th of the month from any dealers that do a reasonable amount of of business.

Shopping at the end of the month is outdated as well. Unless the place is struggling, most have already hit their marks so the urgency isn't any higher to close that last car. 

They weren't going to feel bad, and their manager isn't going to care. Just the cost of doing business.
