What does that mean? What television shows?

No, I don't think Saban is standing over the shoulders of AV Club editors telling them what to post. But the AV Club editors know who butters their bread and I'm sure it has some effect on what they decide to post.

Since Robin Colcord is also in that photo I would guess this was taken at the time of the Cheers 200th episode (really just a discussion with the cast about the show moderated by John McLaughlin). Shelley Long and the guy who played Robin were both in that episode.

That episode has my favorite MwC audience response: Al gets knocked down by the Darcys but gets up and tries to outrace them to the finish line. As he gets up you can clearly hear someone in the audience yell "Come on, Al!"

I loved that issue. There's a race to the moon among the fastest Marvel heroes and "Buried Alien" appears and defeats them all.
"How does it feel to be the fastest man alive?"
"It feels…right."
