I fear you’re right, but the request could have also been for Ivanka’s benefit. Hillary’s programs are almost exactly the issues she’s claimed or hinted at being her own. Then it would just be a branded reworking of an existing competitor’s product, like Ivanka’s shoes or her dresses.
