@des.alexandre: iAds
@NorwoodIsMyHero: I think it's because she uses her hotness to be credible when she is anything but.
@El Guano: I want them to say that it was a mistake to put a gap between the antennas that would allow bars to drop if you simply touch it with one finger. I want them to say that they should have coated that area or come up with a solution instead of releasing it this way, totally exposed.
@jwardell: How long did you leave it on to dry? I used a very similar skin and I left it on and the device off for a full day before using it to let it dry. Also, the skin I have also doesn't cover the edges of the antenna so it doesn't help in preventing bars dropping either. I don't have headphones here at work…
@8thManOnTheMoon: So that external HDD is plugged into your Ubuntu laptop, which is running your NAS software. Your iTunes is pointed to "protocol:NAS/external HDD". Correct?
@wvu212: Really? Hm I was thinking of getting an iPad but now I'm going to get a Dell multitouch monitor. Thanks
@budice4ever: Now you got the gist! Let's all scrutinize a device into its core competency and render it obsolete unto itself.
@Aces_Over_Kings: Besides Time Machine, any other advantages/disadvantages?
@Fuzzy Logic: I was hoping for a shrunken-down iPad as an iPhone.
@HeartBurnKid: Agent of R.O.A.C.H.: This is true. I have a skin that is just as wide as the one shown and it still does the bar drop when touched.
I don't think this will work. I have a skin on mine that covers the sides but, just like in the photo above, it only covers the one outward-facing flat side while leaving the edges exposed. So your finger/palm still comes in contact with the metal and bridges the two antennas in a normal grip.
@8thManOnTheMoon: Do you have an iPhone? If so, how is syncing to a NAS with your iTunes library there?
@jimmy66: I guess that's what it looks like
@skeletorso: Probably faster? Can anyone confirm?
@pete: What about this? [www.wdc.com]
@jmaldonado15: What have you decided to do about your situation? Have you found a way to replace it?
@abates25: Ha ha, good one :)
I'd just like clarification — how do they say that the iPhone 4 antenna is better than the 3GS and then say that it drops more calls than the 3GS?
@Yetibelle: Bullshit. You think this is the only way they tested the phone?
