Why thank you for that explanation. There should be signs explaining this all over the city. Oh wait... you could just have a city without putting the same street in it twice! You know... like every other city... IN THE WORLD!

You should totally visit at least once., way too much history to write off the entire city.

I went to DC once. It was during the shut down. Driving was a breeze and parking was readily available.
I worked as a bicycle courier in DC in the mid-80s. One of the things you learned very quickly was to stay way from black SUVs or motorcades. The Secret Service doesn't play around.
this NP or CP led me to learn about the ford durango, so NP just for that...
It's got the same seating that the kids' carts in the grocery store have.
A very cool ride, but that price is so far out of line it's just crazy. You can get into a 911 GT3, a GTR, an R8, or any number of used super cars for that price. It makes impressive numbers, but that's because it IS a go-cart. With a Honda engine. For $135,000. Wow.
Maybe from a dimensional standpoint (length, width, depth), but weight wise you may be surprised. From what I've been able to search online, the typical Honda 2.0 (K series is the only quoted weight I've found) is 405lbs. That is before Ariel Turbocharges the package. From Ford Racing's website, their 3.5 EB crate…
Holy Twilight Zone moment...I was perusing CL in the morning like I normally do when I found a Mercury Zephyr for $6000. I email it in because it was sweet, then I hop on Jalopnik only to find THERE IS A MERCURY ZEPHYR in today's NPoCP. Holy crap.
I would like to know how much they are making over cost to build this thing compared to, say, a Nissan GTR. Obviously the atom is a better performance car but, they have to be turning a 90% profit on each one of these sold. I mean the GTR has so much if not more actual engineering, computers, leather seats that seat…
The Atom is on the shortlist of cars I must own before I die. The 500 V8 is on the shortlist of Atoms I must own before I die.
Its the difference between this:
I was hoping the 3.5 meant that they went batshit crazy and crammed a 3.5 Ecoboost into the Atom. Could you imagine this thing with 365hp and 420ftlb or of torque!!!!
$135,707 is already converted to dollars from pounds.
Not sure about the 3.5R, but the Atom is legal in the US and manufactured in VA at VIR by TMI Motorsports. http://arielatom.com/
Yes! It has the headlights, brakelights, turn signals, seatbelt, side protection being the aluminum frame. It's exactly like driving a go-cart on the streets.
It's practical too! Look, there's storage!
LOL I rode in my niece's Mirage Its nowhere near as refined or roomy as my daughters Fiesta, It was rough runnng ,cheaply built and about 12 grand too expensive, honestly it felt like a 10 yr old Hyundai to me.
has 50 more hp and an engine that also loves to rev.
