As someone currently in the market for a classic muscle car, this is exactly how I'd want to restore whatever I eventually buy. Looks 100% stock and runs like it did in the 60s but simple upgrades make it safe, give it reliable power and makes the cabin someplace worth living.

Now I want to go play THPS1 &2 again. Hell, I wonder what would be the name of those gaps in the vid?
