Let me get this straight...

i don’t get car-bra’s. It protects the front from rock chips but nobody will ever see it because it covers it. And then sand gets between and starts scratching all over. A little later someone bumps into the front destroying the bumper. So now the front is destroyed but nobody ever saw that fresh looking paintjob.

So, a Busy Box for adults.

Taken together, could this all be a sign of Subaru becoming more genteel and mainstream?

Who's this Scotty person you're referring to?  As far as I know, transparent aluminum was developed by Dr. Nichols at Plexcorp.

A keyboard? How quaint.

Not a lot of people know the recipe for Scotty’s ‘transparent aluminum.’

This is awesome. Some day in the future, humans may actually be able to see out of Camaros.

No argument here! Had a Crosstrek and now Legacy 3.6R and the systems are solid in snow. Best I've ever driven.

Well on a positive note the VR30 engine is avaliable for as cheap as 39K in the Q50 which is a luxury car so it should be no problem keeping the base price of the Z into the low-mid 30K mark with that engine.

300HP & 400HP variants for under 45K and a Nismo with 450-500HP going around 50K would be well with reason.

There were plenty of teachers in the bankruptcy lines. They didn’t read contracts on loans, or thought that general common sense approaches were not for them.

Same here with math and physics. I can't help but wonder how different things would be had calculus been taught in my school to everyone instead of just the gifted kids.

If the Cayman GT4 didn’t exist, I’d be all over this thang.

The worst part if all of it is that Toyota will use the Supra’s poor sales to justify no longer making sports cars of any kind. Instead, their entire entire lineup will consist of a bunch of rolling beige boxes.

Co-sign. I’m in my 40s and EVERYONE drove two-door sports cars when I was young. None of my kids’ friends do. Not a single one.

You are largely right at that. I am 46, and the Supra I wanted in high school was a gen 3 Turbo. The Gen 4 was Toyota’s answer to the 300ZX Twin Turbo.. I never thought the gen 4 Supra looked all that great, especially compared to the period Z. I was in my 20's when F&F came out, and the Supra really didn’t have that

Yep.

School is just for playing sports now.

I have a larger rant about how we teach math in general in this country but I’ll save it for another time. All I know is that there are plenty of smart people who somehow get taught at an early age that they simply aren’t “good at” math, and then they just go through life thinking they can’t learn it. I was one of
