Sorry, but BEV trucks are just a problem. Whether it be Rivian, Bolinger, HummerEV, Ford, or whomever.

That is why we had a 99 Miata for 15 years, instead of an MR2 Spyder, when both cars were just a couple of years old.
The front end can’t decide if it is curved or knife-edged... and the profile looks like a woodworking chisel, not a graceful curve like the rear fenders. The Lexus RC coupe is similar, likely thanks to pedestrian crash test regs, and the height of the engine affecting the hoodline.
I didn’t know that Peter Stormare’s twin brother was VP of Nissan Design.
It is kind of ironic... Frank Herbert’s work predates Lucas’ and one can say that the cultural structure of Star Wars was influenced by Dune...
Duncan Idaho was killed after arriving on Arrakis, by Harkonnen insurgents, IIRC... after making contact on behalf of House Atreides with the Fremen. A clone “Ghola” version of him is resurrected and survives through the rest of the series.
I have seen the original movie, read almost ALL of the books, including the prequels (although many years ago now)
400hp/30K would be a new benchmark in power-per-dollar, regardless of seat count.
Nissan has precedent for offering both, from S30 through Z32... although for the 350Z, the 2+2 was then the Infiniti G35.
A 400hp 2+2... May as well be this.
The chassis isn’t really the bad thing.
Toyota already has a flat4 partner.. Subaru.
as much as I wholeheartedly agree... and long for good sportscar under 40 grand...
981 base or S(I doubt I could reach to afford a 981 GTS, GT4, or Spyder) is the car I would buy if I had the budget to get a car right now, and keep it for a long time.
The article mentions that they are being produced in quite small numbers... well under 5000 units a year.
A: the economy is no longer going great. 10 months ago it was.
Kind of ironic how similar they look, if the Factory Five car had a massive ducktail molded on, instead of a tacked-on wing.
internet pictures aside... most people haven’t set eyes on it the first time, and when it gets put in a climate controlled warehouse, not only will a car LIKE this never be seen again... THIS ACTUAL CAR will never be seen again, either.
This is a V-twin and a single-sided swing-arm away from reviving the NT650 Honda Hawk GT that I had many years ago. And still miss.
Liked the look of the 350Z body, but not the chunky details, and general bulky-ness. The 370Z was worse.
