Seems like a long winded way of saying “They make more money if you buy more plates”. Obviously they are trying to find ways to get us to spend more. But that’s precisely the reason we split plates. Because we can’t afford to spend more. Because everyone is squeezed right now.

The fearless saboteurs also removed the little arrows on the gas gauge indicating what side of the vehicle the gas tank is on.
Plus, they’ll never assume it was sabotaged. They’ll just assume it broke becuase it was French. Although that does kind of make the sabotage redundant.
