Everyone in the crowd

Tire pressure must have been off.

The dude didn’t tighten his manifold rivets. It probably popped a warning on his laptop, but he kept going.  Seen it a thousand times....

This “side loaded brakes” thing makes literally zero sense. In order for it to flex enough to cause THAT much drag the wheel bearing and hub would have had to been broken or this would happen anytime anybody gets a little sideways because the dyno is not “forcing” it to track straight any more than a road would be

I don’t know about worse but best is race gas from a non-emissions engine (preferably high compression and tuned to the limit). Nothing like the smell of good race gas.

#1 two stroke dirt bike smoke.

The law is clearly insane, motivated by ignorance and panic...

It actually warms my heart to see a company producing an engine based on being overbuilt and long lasting at the expense of outright power or sexiness.

I like how 430HP is considered “only” now. I still remember when any truck that had HP in the 300's was hot stuff.

And even if that’s true, who cares?

Your criticism is an indictment of luxury vehicles in general, not just trucks. One could just as easily say that an S class is no better than a Camry at “car things” but people buy them anyways.

I think its interesting how people are playing it off, because the value of what he stole isnt valued that much. Imagine having someone come to your house and start stealing fuel from a tank you had in the back for fueling your cars, tractors or if someone started syphoning gas from your car.

Exactly if the guy came back profusely apologizing saying his car was dying like right there and he knocked on the door and noone answered and he had no choice. Well ok fine, don’t love it but we all have emergencies.

Call me when they string two of them together, tie it to a Brazilian bank vault, rip the vault through a concrete wall and then drag it through the streets of Rio.

Because if the cops don’t obey the laws, why should we?

The placement of these hooks makes them look like question marks over the stop signs.

Aside from tailgating, I have to wonder if there’s really anything wrong here, on the condition that they needed to take it for a short test drive anyway.

My first thought as well. Take it home, play it cool, and call the dealership and ask if it’s ready.  “What do you mean it was stolen?  How?”

This is what I would’ve been very tempted to do. Just take the truck, maybe put it in a lot a couple businesses down, and then walk back to my car to watch. See how long before I got a phone call.

This! I’d have driven it home, parked it and waited for the dealership to call me when it was “ready”.
