Fixer Upper’s style is the same over and over again, and that becomes so obvious when you marathon the show. It’s best enjoyed in small doses, in my experience (and because I can only tolerate Chip for about an hour before I start hoping for a horrible accident during the demolition phase).

I’m making lamb persillade, roasted carrots with radishes and potatoes, asparagus with hollandais, green peas and dumplings, and deviled eggs. Ive got a limoncello cake cooling so I can ice it.
