Not sure I would go with “neatly incorporated” to describe the Z4's lines. Nor “subtle” for anything to do with Mini Coopers.

No one is trying to diminish the fact that people died. That’s horrible. But this conversation exists within the broader context of: “building cars is difficult.” So yes, I think it is a distinction worth mentioning that it wasn’t anything Toyota did, but rather its dealers and owners.
We can stop pretending like this is a pretty car. Question mark?
The DOT dispatched NASA (fucking NASA!) to study the issue and they fully exonerated the throttle control systems. It really was the floor mat and user error.
It’s very... shiny.
I’m very drawn to the overlarge third tail light. It looks almost Phaeton-esque in that photo, which is a Good Omen.

You can say a great many things about her live performances but “lip synced” is decidedly not one of them.
I’m really excited about this car. The looks are somewhere between handsome and dowdy -fine by me- and the fuel economy is pretty great.
A sustain pedal on a CVT equipped car to cut the droning.
I feel like Toyota is a company that is unduly driven by market research so it makes total sense to me that they would bust out their most subdued, restrained, “proper” design for a car aimed primarily at the European market.
Don’t you work for them?
