You don’t call the car something different depending on which way the doors or hood open, so I don’t see this needing to be changed either.

Preach on, Brother Tracy. So many door panels that won’t sit flat anymore. So many plastic trim pieces missing. And to think, some people balk at exposed fasteners. “LOOK AT THOSE EXPOSED FASTENERS!” They used to scream. I love exposed fasteners and their mechanical implications.

Imagine going to my high school where at one time a guy was working on V8 swapping his LUV truck and later another guy was working on V8 swapping his Pinto.  1990 was a lot of fun in my neighborhood.
