Of course this kid was a scapegoat for Epic, and of course no one likes cheaters, but I cannot BELIEVE that at no point someone at Epic didn’t say “wow going after a literal child in court for cheating in a video game is a bad look for us.”

Absolution wasn’t nearly as bad as some people make it out to be, you all just like to be over dramatic. The level design and gameplay definitely weren’t awful by any means, and it even got majorly good reviews. Was definitely a fun experience, even if it was different to what you’d usually get from a Hitman game.
I’ve come to reframe my (legitimate) complaints about high school teachers as I’ve grown. It’s not that I was trying to make their lives harder by asking to be assigned a book I hadn’t read instead of whatever the class was reading. I wanted to actually learn and not rehash something I read 2 years ago (I started…
I agree with what you say, but that was really just your low-key way of bragging about working on a spaceship isn’t it?
That’s some Olympic level mental gymnastics you just did to somehow tie this to videogames lol.
Just because it gets hard again doesn’t make the memories of hearing “is it in?” go away.
Reminder that it was just last month that Trump pardoned war criminals who were responsible for more murders than Montgomery. Anyone who thinks executing Montgomery (or anyone currently on death row) is really about justice doesn’t understand what true justice is.

Rational Me: “Bioware isn’t what it used to be, the recent departures were an even more clear sign of that, and given that it appears to be Liara in that trailer it means that there’s going to be a lot of ME3 related branches that are going to be an utter nightmare to tie up. I don’t see a way they can do it without…
Generally speaking, all billionaires should shut the fuck up. Especially white male billionaires.
See, you describe unlimited countering as a problem whereas I think it’s a beloved feature that I miss from these games.
“Many disability advocates called out Warner Bros. for designing a character meant to be feared in a way that could possibly link disability with such a negative connotation.”
I’m just going to say it. I think people are looking for a reason to be offended. Silly.
The commitment to making sure I can play the games I already own and that they run better from the Xbox team is the number 1 reason they had me day one. The respect for the customer and their past investment in your platform speaks volumes to me. Gamepass is a close second. Don't get me wrong, excited for PS5 too, but…
I was definitely looking for the door and a pair of overalls.
He did make his own submarine. Clearly he needs a closer watch.
Should have kicked Karen off the flight.
Hell, I’m here originally to comment on them being criticized in silly ways, I don’t think they’re “terrible people” but I get that’s way we talk about these things generally. Cultural discourse isn’t one articulated considered position against another. (For instance, I expect that many people think actors should be…
