Like I said...Dodge can't prevent it they just putting incentives in place to discourage it. But if those cars aren't going to sit on the lot for a long time and already have customers that is a win-win for the dealer....unfortunately.

Those block off plates are removable for "track use". The designed intention is to protect the cooling elements on the street while being a place holder for the would-be fog lights, then open them up for the track for added cooling.

They actually come out, but it's not a vent just look like deleted.
