I lived in Sanford for 18 months and it was probably the worst 18 months ever... And purely because North Carolina drivers are the worst drivers in America. For the love of everything good, get out of the damned left lane!

Finally got around to watching this. What’s with all the British reviewers talking about how “heavy” the gear shifter is? I’ve never once got in a car and thought the gear shifter felt too heavy. Too vague? Sure. At one point he said of a Shelby that it actually hurt to use the gear lever. Lemon car or whiney driver?

I mean... My other car has IRS. One of those fancy multi links.

Ugh... Going to be nearly impossible to identify. Hope the cyclist makes a recovery. Now I’m going to go buy a Fly6 rear view video camera for my bicycle.

Any part or casting numbers on those?

I own a Boss 302. The rear axle does great. And, if you put any kind of roll stiffness under an IRS to control what you don’t need to control with a live-axle (camber loss on your inside wheel), then they jump around over rough surfaces too.

Not saying all of our roads are interesting. But the way you talk, none of our roads are interesting. And Virginia and NC fairly unpopulated? They’re among the highest population density states in the union. And once again, has nothing to do with a live-axle versus IRS; has more to do with wheel rate and damping,…
