I’m thinking that older SUVs. I would love to own a reconditioned K5 Blazer, Bronco, Grand Wagoneer, Scout, FJ60 Land Cruiser, Jeepster Commando, etc. sporting an electric drivetrain. I absolutely love their look, and would drive one today, but for the terrible gas mileage. I would imagine that the incredible torque

I would love to take a International Scout, Grand Wagoneer, or K5 Blazer and convert to full electric and turn into a supreme overlander. I’ve seen a commercialized example of this for Rover Defenders. I would hope to see it soon for these classics.

I live in Chicago, and last year I purchased a vehicle in San Diego.

I only recently learned of this, but from an unlikely source: a off roader Dirt Lifestyle’s You Tube Channel. Here’s a link to the video series.

What is it that lurks in the darkness that makes Porsche Cayennes (vintage 2005 - 2011) so darn cheap? Especially considering that mid-90's Cherokees and Toyota Land Cruisers of similar vintage will run upwards of 3x the price of the one you’ve found. I want to buy one so badly.

Just happened to run across a similar story on YouTube yesterday

I have been exploring the overlanding universe for about 6 months now, and in that time I’ve spent a lot of time on YouTube seeking insights and answers to the basic questions. I actually think it would be interesting if you dedicated some time to covering the many channels devoted to this topic. I’ve got several to

I own one. I can’t say why I like it so much, but I do. The body styling is just so incredibly European. Honestly, I do think that it very much resembles a Mercedes station wagon. I love wagons. The performance isn’t jaw dropping, but it still has pep for such a big car. Interior is nice, but my wife hates the seats.

I don’t know if they are still offered, but in car video entertainment systems.

I regret selling the first 3 vehicles I ever owned:

What is amazing is that he’s instantaneously turning in better performances than his team mate Pol Espargaro, who’s had a ton of time in the saddle. Sort of reminds me when Casey Stoner could wring incredible times out of his Ducati when no one else could turn in a competitive time on that era’s vintage.

James Toseland in MotoGP circa 2008. He had his own band for gosh sakes!!

“. . . spritzing your delivered mail with Bactine just to be safe?” You buried the lede there, is Bactine still a thing? I’m in my mid-50's and I while I remember ads for this product as ubiquitous during my childhood, I don’t think I’ve seen this product mentioned in 30 years. Begs the question, how old are you, Rob?

This classifies as an attempted lynching. Oh, but wait, Rand Paul blocked a vote on the Emmitt Till Antilynching Act. So, I guess it’s just shenanigans. Is it possible to kick Kentucky out of the union?

I don’t know if this is the beginning of a trend in luxury housing, but here in Chicago, a similar offer was being made for a 5BR, 5.5BA, ~5,000sf penthouse apartment. https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/900-W-Washington-Blvd-901_Chicago_IL_60607_M80467-65263

I’ve been interested in finding a rig for overlanding, and had heard great things about Ford Excursions with the 7.3L TD. So, thinking that it might be a relatively economical platform to start with, I started following the market for this vehicle with this engine several months ago. When you noted that $16k seemed a

Is it my imagination or are this Jag, the MB E-Class and the Buick TourX are all the same car? Interestingly, neither the TourX, nor the Jag have survived.

Was it Corona virus was it really Kai’s stand-up that forced the suspension of filming?
