As I write this, there are 11 articles and 1 feature on Gizmodo's front page about Apple. So whos creating all the hype and unrealistic expectations?

The only people who are benefiting from this are the lawyers that are suing. You'll see nothing but a gift certificate for some measly amount, a lawyer will see a handsome paycheck and apple will move on its merry way.

Each week I'm reminded why I don't join these "social" apps/websites.

I'm tired of Google's mea culpas. They need to start thinking before they act, whether it be in software releases or implementations or open wifi snooping.
