As I write this, there are 11 articles and 1 feature on Gizmodo's front page about Apple. So whos creating all the hype and unrealistic expectations?

@weinerschnitzelboy: So your an asshole is what your saying. Just because others are ignorant, this shouldn't be a reason to take advantage of them.

Isn't this just throwing more chum in the shark infested waters.

@java.android: Read the AppleInsider articles on it. Judge for yourself.

It now looks like the guy was having a fake conversation between himself and how he would imagine Steve Jobs replying.

The above emails and some of the comments are borderline psychotic.

@Super Gizmodoman: I'm sure you'll feel vindicated when you get your itunes gift card in 3 years. Don't spend that $20 all at once.

The only people who are benefiting from this are the lawyers that are suing. You'll see nothing but a gift certificate for some measly amount, a lawyer will see a handsome paycheck and apple will move on its merry way.

Each week I'm reminded why I don't join these "social" apps/websites.

I'm tired of Google's mea culpas. They need to start thinking before they act, whether it be in software releases or implementations or open wifi snooping. While they are at it teach their employees to do the same, it seems they encourage this rash behavior. "Experimenting" is not a justifiable reason to do stupid

Independent Ad agencies will have no problems working and selling under the new terms and conditions, so where's the monopoly?

@YummyCyanide: Massachusetts, Not much football really? I guess everyone has forgotten about the New England Patriots that play out of Boston and have 3 Super Bowl wins in the last 9 years.
