Middle trim Tellurides are $34k-$37k, add $2k for AWD. You have to have a top trim AWD model, tack on yet another $2k prestige package to reach the $45k number. The majority of these things are bought solidly in the mid to upper 30's. Not exactly cheap but these are not $45k vehicles generally, they just have options

Yeah, take the full term to pay. Don’t pay ahead but have the cash on hand so you don’t end up under water.

An article related to Boston yesterday highlighted the same thing. The micro-breweries here that have an established sales channel to restaurants and stores are trying to weather the storm longer. The ones who sold a higher percentage through a tap room or similar vs into retail have already laid off the majority of

Has there been a review with this vs the CT5-V?  These are direct competitors.  I have always liked the restrained style of the Audi and really like those red leather seats but I think the Caddy V looks better and different from other cars, even if it isn’t a wild style exercise.  The interior of the Caddy is pretty

Same here. Except I am using more gas lately since it is very easy to speed these days, even when that isn’t necessarily my intent. Gas prices are dropping too although still high in some towns, most seem to be $2.19 - $2.39 for 87. Saw $1.99 near Blue Hills, Rt 28 Canton/Milton line last Friday and heard that it was

85% is a little on the low side.

You know you are allowed to say “I like the design of the
Elantra”.

We’ll see what happens. All I know is that we need workers and can’t find anyone with even basic skills. Even when we do get someone who can fog a mirror, they sometimes don’t even bother showing up again.

Absolutely. At most you might be looking at grabbing people from the automotive industry to use as labor in an existing certified shop. Either way, the suppliers to the automotive giants would be more likely the ones with more technical know how to build med devices.

I looked at some CT5s the other day. They looks pretty good in person and are decently priced against the competition. They seem to have a larger rear seat compared to the G70 I saw before it which I can’t fit in comfortably so that is a plus as well.

I commented earlier about the dumpy Boch Hyundai Genesis in Norwood. Just received an email stating that the new location will open up at the old Boch New to You dealership on April 1st. Maybe that will have a dedicated showroom or at least a separate area.

Responding to my own post because the run down Boch Hyundai Genesis dealership is being replaced with a new one as of April 1.

“The Bolt has an MSRP of like 40k.”

I bring my Hyundai in a few times per year for oil/filter/rotation because they are competitive and can do recall work or maybe find something wrong that is covered under warranty.

The SUV is Aviator sized.

Saw one and sat in one at the dealer yesterday. It is very nice and instantly made my ‘16 Sonata PHEV feel dated even though it has pretty much identical options. The leatherette/suede seats are comfortable and the interior retains plenty of space. Even at 6'4", I can sit behind myself and just barely rub the ceiling

For that kind of money you can also be in a fairly loaded Bolt though.

And want a second row that feels somewhat spacious. Anyone who regularly does even just even a few hour drive every so often will want the space once they are used to it. That space is useful when traveling with kids, dog, snacks accessible, etc, like most families who buy this as the vehicle to get them to the mtns

Completely agree. Just about to cross 60k miles in my Sonata PHEV, these things just work. No one hears about mass problems with batteries failing. This is the same type of fear people have about touchscreens, thinking that they are going to stop working.
