Good one.

My Mazda 5 has a 6 speed manual.

What, no Kosciusko?

What, no Kosciusko?

If they build only one tube, as shown in all the pictures, they can’t go both directions at the same time. Will it be just one shuttle that will go back and forth, or a series of shuttles that all stack up first at one end and then at the other?

No worries, little fella.

Some of us like driving minivans because the seating is sufficiently upright, with ample headroom.

Yes, they do.  Spitting image of my dad, ex-Marine.

There are boxes, and there are boxes. The Scion looked like the box a watch comes in. The Tesla looks like a rich man’s garbage dumpster.

I’m driving a Mazda 5 with a stick shift.  I won’t replace it until I can get another minivan with a stick shift or an electric minivan.

It’s the almost that gets you every time.  No sliding doors.  Not a minivan.

No sliding doors.  Not a minivan.

Hitchiking out of Wyoming, I got picked up by a couple of nice guys in a van headed all the way to California. We stopped for the night in Utah. I always carried a small tent with me when I was hitchiking long distances, because there’s always somewhere you can pitch it and sleep if you plan to roll it up again at

I have hitchiked across the US and back, more than once. I usually had a good time. Some people are weird. Some people are religion weird, and some people are sex weird. I don’t like to stay with them too long. But most people are really nice.

Honda Kick N’ Go.

“...a receiver that takes the signal from the fob, via the transceiver, copies it, and broadcasts it to the car...”

I think fresh fluids might explain the trap door in the floor.

I like to think I raised my children better than that.

Now playing

It’s worth watching how this got started.

I’d trade my Mazda 5 for a newer vehicle with a stick shift and sliding doors.  If one existed.

Is this something you’ve dealt with personally in this manner, Tatone? Did you have success with that approach?
