I have to mute that ad whenever it comes on. “Come home with me!” guy sounds like the last lonely drunk guy at the bar pleading with any woman unlucky enough to be near him before his friends drag him away while telling him to have some self-respect.

Snyder isn’t subject to FOIA and neither is the Michigan state Legislature. The Michigan House tried recently to reverse it, but the Michigan Senate just voted to stop those measures. (Not like Snyder would have signed the bill anyway.) It’s pretty messed up.
