Using Apple maps?

Wouldn't it just be easier/safer to just start out with a few less PSI to begin with to account for the expansion of hot air? Surely it couldn't take more than a couple laps to get the tire to a stable operating temperature.

My grandmother had an interesting way to deal with telemarketers. she would simply ask for the reps HOME phone number and offer to call them back at home when it was convenient for her. Needless to say, not one telemarketer took her up on her offer....
