historically? the E-Type, Ferrari California, Dino, GTO, 68 ‘stang fastback, 70 ‘Cuda, ‘65 Galaxie 427, Porsche 356 speedster, 928, early 911, VW Karmann Ghia, Triumph TR4A, Early MGBs, pre-war BMW 328, Miura, BMW 3.0CSI (non-batmobile), the Batmobile, ‘60 Chrysler 300, Lotus 7, Esprit.....
Current cars? I’m not seeing…
I'm saying the Jag looks like a cheap knockoff of a Z with a stance-bro quality body kit, wing, wheels and fart can.
honestly, park this in a parking lot full of Lexus RC-Fs, toyobaru FR-86s, Nissan Zs and you would never be able to tell which one was a Jag unless you were within 5 feet.
oh boy, more speed holes, a lighter weight fart can and moar “aero” doodads. this is the chavviest chavmobile that is not a classic Ferrari painted white by chris evans
this car is an affront to everything the E-Type represented.
when Liverpool plays their backup squad no. but my point here was that any 3rd division euro squad could destroy any MLS’s first string team. the fact that a bunch of beer league players took a squad of mixed backups and a few starters to overtime just emphasizes that.
the fact that they resorted to unsportsmanlike…
squiggly? ‘90s? that is so much better looking than _anything_ Ferrari has built in the last 15 years it isn’t even funny.
clean, classic, small GT.
oh yeah, I forgot, you think the Jag F-Type is a triumph of modern design (god that is an ugly car). this clearly doesn't have enough fake go faster holes, fart can…
this just emphasizes how much of a clown car MLS (and american soccer in general) is. any decent 3rd division English/German/Spanish/Italian team would destroy every MLS club in a walk.
it’s like the difference between college and pro teams in Basketball and Football (American football that is)
pretty sure that's a lambo, dude.
but tightening only 3 lugnuts won’t feel loose until one of the lugs snaps (because they are engineered for being one of a set of 5 not 3), wheel flies off and kills a dozen spectators.
the lightest 2 series (3260 lbs) is only 35 lbs lighter than the lightest 3 series (3295 lbs) and only 180 lbs lighter than the lightest 4 series (3450 lbs).
none of them are "lightweight" by any measure.
for an off road focused vehicle I prefer a manual transfer case (and for all vehicles a MT also)
absolutely. just priced out a Wrangler Unlimited, manual, low gears, rear locker, hard top, 31" tires. $32K. spend another 5K on front locker (center is already locker), interior upgrades, better shocks and some doodads and you are all in at $37K.
even better, get a 2 year old one off lease from someone who never left…
totally not a jeep fanboi at all but there is nothing this thing does that a mid range wrangler with $5000 of aftermarket mods doesn't do better for half the cost. except maybe being a diesel, which could be remedied for about another 5 grand and still be at less than half the money.
I was gonna call BS on the first hatchback cougar bit, then I remembered that the mid 80's cougar was T-Bird based, not Mustang based (as all merc cougars should be)... it was the Capri that had the hatch....
