Am I the only one who remembers Space 1999? I used to watch it dubbed in Spanish as a kid in Puerto Rico. I had a gigantic crush on Landau back then.

They may have failed as a consumer gadget, but they are very much alive in business. I know a guy who works for an oil services company and just put together a pilot program for remote IT team support using Glass.

For me it is the new Battlestar Galactica. I was very disappointed in the ending of the series, and it has killed any interest in rewatching it.

I actually thought that felt realistic in a "people are weird" way. An entire town will likely try to make sense of their unique situation in a way that will make them feel special, rather than falling into total despair.

Exactly how I felt too. Texans like Max Richter's music too.

I sincerely hope you are right. I do all I can to make my 17 year-old daughter understand that, if she doesn't vote, she's letting the values of people other than her to dictate politicians' agendas.
