right? seems like if there was a crossing like that it would have been a good idea to maybe talk with the railroad to make sure there weren’t any trains coming before the crossing? I dunno.

Yet its a private company using its first amendment rights to publish what it wants and not publish what it doesn’t want. Not sure why this seems like such a violation.
The whole thing is that if you let people identify as the gender that they feel is the right one for them that it’ll naturally get totally out of control and people will be identifying as helicopters and furries and the declaration of independence.
You know, people like to rail on NASA for all these delays, but they are extremely risk averse, especially after after losing 2 space shuttles and a couple of planetary probes. They’re also playing with taxpayer money, not private money like SpaceX is with its experimental rockets.
Wow, that’s what you assume about anyone who doesn’t agree with you super hard? Pretty sad that you can’t be at least a little bit more creative.
This sabotage is 100% in Russia’s playbook.
If it really was Carhartt, it would have that brown canvas upholstery.
That’s what I don’t get, school districts don’t have millions and they’re usually self insured, so there’s not really any money to pay out for these things. I get private companies, but school districts and colleges are frequent targets of ransomware, and they’re the ones least able to pay.
From working in the ransomware recovery industry....if you don’t pay up, they always make good on publishing the most damaging information. Its an ugly business, but also a HUGE money business for them. Very little risk of being caught too.
Unless legally required to, most companies won’t disclose if any user data was compromised. Might not be a bad idea to change your Uber password or maybe even make a new account.
My company is the same, I usually pay out of pocket after buying the ticket for the upgrade.
I don’t know that race necessarily has anything to do with it. There’s plenty of pastors of every color who are total grifters.
Are your neighbors cavemen?
That’s 100% what happened at my last job. They whittled my department down to just me by attrition, and when I finally decided to quit they panicked but couldn’t get approval to replace me, and people in the departments attached to mine started to leave too. Basically they screwed themselves over keeping headcount low.
I just use remote desktop to connect to my work computer from my personal, so then I can use my 3 monitors for both. Works great!
That could not have gone more perfectly!
Honestly though, your employer is probably always going to have the right to spy on you while you’re using company equipment. Workaround: Don’t use your company equipment for anything personal.
Right? It should be like a 5-10 second job to grab it, lower it, and be on your way.
Oh man, CRJs are the worst. Whenever I have to fly somewhere I’m like “Hmmm...maybe it’ll make more sense to just get the mileage reimbursement and drive” but invariably there’s not enough time to do it.
I’m going to have to go right ahead and call bullshit on all of that.
