My biggest issue with that movie was the semi truck chase scene, where the brake lines get cut, and if you cut the bake lines on a truck it’ll come to a screeching halt, because they work in the reverse way car brakes work. The brakes are held open by air pressure, no air pressure=emergency brakes.

I’m just blown away that they don’t use something sharp to do the cutting. I guess the massive weight of the ship is enough to break through the steel. Those chain links must be make of some kind of crazy strong steel alloy.

I worked at a plastics company, and they had optional respirators for people working in the glue room. That stuff was so nasty that it would make me all light headed when I went in there.
This place was also run by a hard core republican and they even had Michele Bachmann come in for a tour when she was running for

I kind of feel like these people’s names should be shared among airlines so they can issue a blanket ban.

This seems like a Mel Brooks gag to me.

I had a 95 econoline for awhile, it got a steady 10-12mpg loaded or unloaded. I kinda miss it.

Am I the only one who giggled immaturely when I read about the ‘pronounced power bulge’?

I don’t hate the guy, I pity him. He’s swimming in self loathing.

I feel like this forum isn’t really geared for people like you. Maybe you should find another site.

One thing that annoys me, and maybe its just around here, but there are some people who turn their wipers on high when they’re driving on city streets even when its barely raining. It seems to cross all demographic boundaries too,

I’ve found that most hotel rooms that I’ve stayed in either don’t have ethernet ports, or if they do they’re not active.

She kind of takes after her father in the looks department.

Those frontage roads in TX are frightening too. You have to go from 40mph to 80mph in like 100 yards to merge onto the freeway.

You’re right, but yet somehow police departments can’t seem to weed out the bad apples that violate people’s rights, use excessive force, and kill people.

Yep, people say “Well, what have the protests accomplished?” and my answer is “Not enough yet, they’re going to keep going until they do”.
People are just hoping that these protests will go on in places that they’re easy to ignore, because its scary to have so many generations of racism, hate, injustice, and murder

I’m pretty sure he’s under 18, and its illegal to open carry if you’re under 18 in Wisconsin as well. So him just being there with his gun was a felony. Yet no arrest.

He’s been thoroughly identified, he’ll be lucky if he’s arrested and charged and doesn’t have something worse happen to him.

lol Rosa Parks, eh? Go back home and mind your mom.

I do have to question why you’re on this site at all, it seems like it wouldn’t align with your beliefs.

There’s also a fair number of “But in the past he’s got a history of.....” posts, which are also total bullshit.
