So basically we shouldn’t do anything to reduce gun deaths because there are other issues we should also address? You just proved my point exactly. You’re saying we should do nothing and hope the problem goes away on its own.

Its interesting to see all the gun death apologists here making the same argument that we should do absolutely nothing about guns and just either. A: Accept lots of dead innocent people as the cost of the right to bear arms. or B: Hope that gun violence will go away on its on.

Question: Are either beer or wine specifically designed to kill people?

My biggest beef is littering. I see it fairly regularly out my window (I work from home, so I’m watching all day kind of). People will pull up, get out of their cars, and toss their fast food bags on the boulevard. Its gotten better now that I’ve been shaming them, but its disgusting, its even people who live on my

The dibs system is stupid. In Minneapolis when there is 5" or more of snow, they put in parking restrictions for 3 days to clear off all the streets curb to curb. Yes, its a pain in the ass, but then you don’t end up with the dibs system.

Or cyclists just blowing through stop signs without even looking. I hit a guy on a bike doing that once. Luckily I slammed on the brakes so I was only going like 5mph when it happened, but it still knocked him on his ass and bent the hell out of his rims. He wasn’t hurt aside from some scrapes and road rash, and leapt

Why have laws at all if criminals will just break them, right?

Right? Why does the settlement have to be mutually beneficial? It seems to me like Purdue should basically be shut down for this.

New evidence shows that it may have taken place over the course of a few days or even as short a time period as a few hours.

You don’t have to cut down any jungle to drill offshore also.

I heard a thing on Radiolab that said the impact probably happened in June or July.

“How many rooms do we need to book at your hotel to make you change your mind, sir?”

Given what all of the rest of the world knows about Trump, why would anyone negotiate in good faith with him? He certainly didn’t learn from North Korea, and still sings their praises as Kim Jong Un laughs all the way back to his missile launcher.

This will seriously be the greatest thing in my life to witness. I’m not sure if he’d throw a tantrum at his election night party or if he would just storm off back to the whitehouse and rage tweet until he passed out.

The problem is that guns have become so much more than a tool. They’re a political stance, they’re a symbol of power, they’re a measure of manhood. I blame the NRA for glorifying gun culture so much.

I kind of feel like he’ll do something like drop out a few days before election day, declare victory and say “Even though I wasn’t running I still got 22 million votes!”

I’m hoping that as his poll numbers get worse and worse he decides to declare victory and then quit the race. That way he can avoid losing and really stick it to the republicans who didn’t lick his ass hard enough.

I think the snap election would probably serve the conservatives who want brexit to happen quickly better than it would the labor and liberal democrats who would prefer to delay it or not Brexit at all.

I just want to go on record saying that I am soundly against the strapless eye patch.

Thank you!
