Came here for this, however, I will politely disagree with Nashville being awful. As for the rest of your statement... Carry on.

“This year’s”???? The AFC South is still and has always been the crappiest division in football since it was formed. Awful cities, awful teams, just the backwater of the NFL. A casual sports fan would get this list of teams confused with a list of NWSL teams.

If ESPN keeps losing people at this rate I might start watching again!

Most are though. You don’t notice them because they’re not doing something stupid. Just like you don’t really notice cars that are not doing something stupid. I ride a bike to work once a week or more, driving down the most heavily traveled morning bike route. The number of people not stopping at stop signs or lights

While I don’t bike in Chicago proper any longer because of the mess it has become I had no issue stopping at every stop sign for all the years I did. Perhaps the only routes left that don’t involve piss-poor bike lane design are through the neighborhoods where there are stop signs every block, but there is almost

I wouldn’t be nearly as upset about bike riders if most of them were this way.

Ok, just so we’re clear. It’s not the fault of bike riders, who are breaking the law because it’s just so darn inconvenient to stop, it’s the motorists who are obeying the law and observe the right of way.

Chicago driver. I don’t agree with putting all cyclists in one category. Not everyone is a bike messenger, and not every bike messenger scoffs at the laws. Many are commuters, and many more are leisure riders.

Dude, you are now going to get a million replies where cyclists comment on the number of times vehicle drivers have failed to obey the rules of the road. Maybe it’s not as one-sided as you make it out to be, and everyone can learn to share the road and drive defensively.

Yes, that’s why when I’m on my bike I am ultra aware of my surroundings. Arguably more so than drivers.

I have this all rapped up. This is a 1998 Volvo C70 with a turbo 2.3 5 cylinder putting out 247 hp and mated to a. 5 speed stick. A plush leather interior exudes comfort while the brownish burgundy color will blend in with all of the humdrum vehicles on the road. And for half the cost it leaves plenty of room for

Dude is enjoying his 15 minutes, and you decide to put him on blast for relatively innocuous comments?

Jim Nantz doesn’t appreciate those who died so he can talk during the national anthem. And he hates the police.

If you really want to piss him off, kneel at the Masters....

Oh, so he was talking during the national anthem?

This deserves more stars. When people stop in the middle of the road to let jay walker by, things get nasty and rear ending can happen, Same for all other courtesy.

If that is the case the dashcam owner practices backwards courtesy which is a leading cause of congestion, annoyance, and collisions. Backward courtesy is where the person practicing it decides to be nice to person A at the expense of person B instead of following the written rules of the road.

This is all the more heartbreaking because, damn, look at his posts. He’s basically begging somebody, anybody, to come and stop him, tell him they love him, whatever. His heart clearly wasn’t into it. He just hit a wall. I know what that’s about.

Great writeup, and not a surprise in it. It all reads. It emanates.

“Let me move into a neighborhood that has had a ballpark for 102 years and bitch about it”
