It’s my understanding that the problem with this show is it’s not very good.

Honestly it’s better this way because I think binging this show would either cause me permanent emotional problems or make me a void of nothingness.

It is hands down the scariest show I’ve ever seen in my life and is not even slightly graphic. The allusion to what is happening is much more disturbing than just staring at it.

But you’re talking about this from a moral sense. It is possible to separate morality from ethics in this case. There are plenty of excellent, valid reasons to oppose the death penalty that have nothing to do with emotional reactions or personal beliefs in whether a person ‘deserves’ it or not.

It’s funny you say this because as a woman I find that very beautiful women are rarely told they’re beautiful (jealousy, assumption the person already knows, whatever) whereas average/cute but not mind blowing women are told CONSTANTLY that they’re insanely hot/gorgeous by their friends.

My understanding is the two were ‘close’ in the sense that Varner would talk to him a lot about coming out and being gay etc so the story naturally came out in conversations between the two of them, and Varner is an opportunistic dick who tried and failed to use it as leverage in the game.

We have to structure things to tell a coherent story but for the most part, the most the production interferes is simply to establish what the week theme is. We couldn’t use any of it because it was heavily about production and a beat that had nothing to do with the bigger story...on average, Dance Moms films at least 30 hours of footage for a single 42 minute (average hour long show run time with commercials) show.
