I speed regularly. I also am in the bottom 10% of drivers speedwise. That is to say, I regularly pass 1 car for every 8-10 that pass me on my daily commute. I probably create a more dangerous situation being so ‘slow’, but at the same time do not want to be ticketed for 15mph over.

Shouldn’t be, but then the rush hour weaver does this constantly to leapfrog single cars. I want to do evil things to each and every weaver/leapfrogger as they are as dangerous as it gets. Non rush hour left lane campers are far lower on the hazard list.
