I’m American Indian and I noticed when they have an American Indian person in a movie. It was so cool to see a still of Adam Beach in Suicide Squad. I don’t know who he plays but I want to see the movie even more because one of my people is in it.

I was wondering about that too. Also why he is getting a state funeral and why is it streamed live?

Here are photos from Rene Angelil’s funeral. They are very sad. [Us Weekly]

I worked peripherally with both of them for a few years and I was always firmly in his camp based on listening in on lots and lots of phone conversations with both of them (separately, not at the same time). He was always much more pleasant. And he bothered to learn my name, which she could not have cared less about

Yep. My parents split when I was very little (4 and my little brother 2) - and though they had a very contentious divorce, including a custody fight, they never, not once, in all of the years I’ve been alive, said anything disparaging about the other, to me or my brother. It’s probably incredibly tough, but I think

I was that angry, nosy twelve year old too! My parents had a lot of issues and weren’t amazing parents by any stretch of the imagination, but they really nailed the whole co-parenting thing. My mother struggled with prescription drug addiction after having spinal surgery that spiralled out of control, so we lived with

I’ve seen it time and again, where the kid chooses the stable, predictable environment, not the one where they’re subject to the one parent’s emotional baggage about the other.

OMG Now I want to watch the Aristocats.

It's so true. Children are very perceptive. And eventually they become teenagers and have agency and choose where they want to live. Which is exactly what has happened here apparently.

THE X-FILES IS THE ONLY THING MAKING ME HAPPY RIGHT NOW. MY SHIPPER 15 YEAR OLD SELF IS OUT OF CONTROL THRILLED.

Yeah, I get that things can be very tense between divorced couples, especially battling over child custody, but don’t bring up that shit in public. Your kid doesn’t need to see that on the morning news.

It’s hard when among exes, one parent gets this, and one doesn’t. You might be able to score cheap, manipulative points with young kids, but it will bite you in the ass in the long run, when the child realizes who took the high road.

you know, that was the first thing that came to mind, that she just bad-mouthed the father of her child in front of thousands of people in a public forum. you know it’s one of the reasons the kid doesn’t want to go home to her. wondering if this hurts her chances with a judge in a future hearing.

Haha thats the part that stuck out to me too. “I was having fun, then I started dating her”

I remember reading that the twins had really serious behavioural issues as well. Denise Richards really is a saint.

From the article:

Calling your kids dad a cunt in a very public forum is a great way to make sure your kid can't stand you.

Does Denise Richards still have custody of the kids Charlie Sheen had with Brooke Mueller? I remember hearing that and, although I’ve never given her any thought at all, thought what a gracious woman to take on these children so that they could have stability and a good sibling relationship with her girls.

I'm exhausted thinking about what it would be like to date Aziz Ansari.

Just imagine how much less we’d hear about Chris Martin if he hadn’t married Goop all those years ago.
