Exactly - whose calibrating that Dynojet? - notoriously high when not properly maintained Means nothing. Still, pretty strong.

Good for her! Dressed in her posh frock doing what she can to slow the speeders. Love it!

Track days are not competitive events. In fact, they tell you this in the drivers’ meeting - it’s not a race.

Corner workers and track volunteers always amaze me. Working in some tough conditions, in the elements for hours and hours and usually the nicest people you meet at the track. I’ve always thought, they don’t get paid for this? Where do they get these people? Track events would not exist without them. God’s Speed Hazel!

Yep - that’s the way to do it. Works for me about 75% of the time.

We are fast becoming a zero tolerant society when it comes to enforcement - what happen to the days of just being reasonable and working stuff out. It goes to the extreme way too fast and frequently now adays. Pooh on that.

This is great, but I need tail lights too. More and more I find my self coming up on a cop cruiser, especially the newer explorers and having to hit the brakes at the last second. The low profile emergency light bars don’t help much either - what’s happening?

When the pac man porsche goes by, I’m thinking that must have awsome in car audio - kwonka kwonka kwonk akwonka - do-ah do ah do ah - do ah - dooop.

Not a bad mod then - cool looking car. It’s not like you were putting lip stick on a pig. :)

I had an 73 Merc Capri and mounted Realistic brand patio speakers to the cardboard back parcel shelf on a flimsy bracket. Took my little brothers for a ride so they could hear Pink Floyd blasting, had to make a quick stop and one of the speakers came loose and nailed my youngest brother in the back of his head, Had to

K&N filters - biggest rip off in the auto industry with their bogus claims of more HP. Despite all that I read, friends telling me it’s a waste etc., it was first mod I ever made on my Miata. Sounded cool, but was a PIA to keep clean, so I went back to stock after a year.

Not a bad mod, depending on the car - was it a Corolla?

This is a open and shut case with the video and witnesses I would think. None of the drivers should have to pay a dime.

How dare you subject your car to an automated wash because of cold, freezing ass weather. Move to California like the rest of us who care for our cars. Jeez, barbaric.

Honestly it lost its charm when it became part of the Velocity owned shows and starting producing shows stateside. Seemed a bit more authentic back when, now you know all of it is preplanned and scripted. The recent Ford Bronco episode was an example of this. They bought a good runner with a horrible body that they

We had one of those when I was a kid. It sat mostly on the lawn in a non-running state, usually due to some fuel issue if I recall correctly. When it did run, my dad would only cruise around town in it, too slow for the highway he said.

There’s lots of bad behavior to go around in that video. First off, it’s looks to be a GOPRO at WIDE angle, so things are much closer than they appear - trust me.

That is so true. I have cops in the family and all of them stress to me that if you get pulled over, your best chance on beating “it” is in the first few seconds of your encounter with the LEO. Be nice, cooperative, don’t argue aggressively or in a way that implies the officer is WRONG. With city cops, you have a

It’s not Aztek level automotive incompetence, but like the Aztek, it’s destined to be a failure we want to forget but the auto press won’t let us for some reason.
