Agreed.I just refuse to believe those cars were crushed after their accidents.

surely someone bought those salvaged customer cars. They are out there. no matter how destroyed they were,i bet someone put those cars back together.
I thought Ferrari hated Jalopnik for doug routinely making fun of Italians?
it's cool, i'm not in tears in the middle of class or anything.
ehhh. The big spoilor on the F40 can be an acquired taste,i suppose...
Fair. The F40 is one of those few cars that photographs better than it looks in person. The first time I saw it, I was actually kind of appauled by the fit and finish of it all. Glue completely visible in seems(i feel like that last word is spelt wrong in its current usage.once again, friends 21st tonight....)
I don't mean to be condesending(sp? I've had a few tonight) ,but have you been in one/driven/ or ridden shotgun? They are absolutly the most amazingly focused cars i've ever been in(a family friend has had one for about 8 years).
That is a strong choice. The thing is the F40 actually went racing.
What's your suggestion?
F40 Competizione
Whats up Ken!
When I saw the number,I thought "oh, cool the 9th countach tubi made" Then I remembered seeing the number on my Rs4's Tubi being into the 40,000s. That's when it clicked that number was total production for Tubi. The guy bought the thing in its original wrapping and everything off ebay for a steal. Something like…
Unfortunately, neither of my sisters could care any less about cars,as you can see...
I've had some neat cars in my driveway growing up,it has actually become another family buisness in recent years. I've never bought one new(which i know is a pain in the ass),but have middled deals for several 308s and as of last week an 04 360 vert.
I feel like the new chassis is such a step forward for this new 911/ruf 4.2 that it may be a bit of a foregone conclusion.
Yes, I think that may be the case. You are right about The average Iraqi being screwed though. Its fairly easy to find Iraqi people who have lived under saddam and what ever exactly we created and find that they prefer the days of tyranny and stability to the chaos filled power vacuum that we created.
I would be interested in reading your sources. Not that I'm doubting you,I'm just real interested in this sort of thing.
