I had completely gotten this thing out of my head, for good reason. Ferrari design is often the ultimate expression of the era and this one is no exception, which isn’t a good thing.

Looking forward to the story about the BaT listing for this billboard bringing stupid money.
Agreed
They are gorgeous and the sound is even better. Not as fast as I thought it would be but who cares when it looks like that.
Always liked those. Seemed like I used to see a few of them growing up in central MO. What makes these special?
I almost got an early 70's Jeepster for my first car. The one I was looking at still had the owner’s manual and it said that the 4 wheel low gear was for pulling farm implements. Get back to your roots Jeep!
I did. I don’t really care for 944's but I do like that color.
The faded red thing? Isn’t that a Bricklin?
My brother just bought an XF S with decent miles for $26000. Carmax warranty was an additional +/-$3500. They’re a steal for that amount, not much of a competition between a Jaguar and 86/BRZ.
Is cancelling the same or different than not accepting. If they cancel after accepting then they probably should be punished somehow. If they just don’t accept and are punished that is a problem, IMO.
What about CNG? I already have natural gas to my house, while the devices to fill cars aren’t cheap they do exist. My city powers all of its trucks and buses with CNG. Seems like a decent alternative that doesn’t get much attention.
How do they sell cars now? Can’t you make basically the same argument about the rest of their lineup when compared to other cars in their class?
In context I think they were actually pretty decent, unfortunately, most cars from that era are complete shit.
Seemed like half the people in HS had an Escort or a Plymouth Horizon. Those cars rattled so much just from the engine vibrations. I remember sitting at stoplights expecting the car to come apart around us because the engine moved so much. Good times.
So much torque steer on such a mildly powered car. Decently entertaining though, as long as you don’t want to go straight.
It’s fast and says Porsche on it. They’ll sell as many as they can make.
Interest is all we have to go off of right now but there has been enough that they are already planning on building more. Friend of mine put down a decent chunk of money on one awhile back and can’t even get an appointment to spec it because they don’t expect to be able to build it for another year or so because of…
From Electrek:
Because it doesn’t matter. Everyone wants to make this a Porsche vs Tesla thing but it’s about like comparing a 911 to a Corvette. Sure, they both do similar things but they aren’t really the same.
The range will last a typical Porsche owner over a week. It’s not a Leaf.
