The most important metric for a Taycan buyer is range?  Do you hear 911 owners complain about MPG? I think you’re missing the point.

The 9-2x was a great deal. Bought one of the last ‘05 Aero’s (cold and premium packages) for $21500. Had to call about 10 different Saab dealers to get that deal but finally found one is St Louis. My local dealer is KC wouldn’t go under $23500.

Had a 5 speed Camry wagon but it was a 4 cyl. Great car but the engine blew before 200k miles. Surprising. Don’t think it’s quite a unicorn but my Volvo 765 turbo wagon with a 5 spd is rare.  And a lot more fun.

I see more 90's Buicks than probably any other kind of car. I would guess that the people that originally bought them drove them less than the Accords, Civics and Camrys which have all been driven into the ground and rusted away

Have not heard of any major police agency going from the Explorer to the Charger, do you know why? IIRC the police Chargers have some long term durability issues.

My Aunt used to have one until she rolled it down the side of a mountain.  She was fine, the Pantera was not.

The Pantera and the NSX will always be my biggest regrets. Could have bought decent examples for +/-  $25k when I was looking for a fun car 15 or so years ago.  I bought a one owner P1800 which I loved but it wasn’t like the other two.

I read an article about how car mags usually test cars awhile back and IIRC it isn’t really a drag race between two cars. They have a device that they attach to the car and it measures the time from when the car starts moving to the time it hits 60 so reaction times don’t factor into the number.
