I actually had the privilege of owning a 1994 del Sol VTEC (the one with the DOHC B16) that was about 4 years old when I purchased it in the late 90's. It was such a fun little car to drive, I even used to autocross it regularly. The only modifications I had were a set of Sparco aluminum pedals and a Sony MiniDisc

You know, I can’t even remember the last time I saw an actual IROC Z.

The entire Dodge lineup can die in a fire. Starting with the Charger.

TIL that underglow is still a thing in 2023.

No turbo, no dice.

It’s still low-poly ugly as fuck, inside and out. It reminds me of the car models in Atari’s 1994 videogame Club Drive for the Atari Jaguar.

My ex-wife had the Cavalier version of this car back in the early 90's. It was one of the worst cars I’ve ever driven. I can’t imagine the tarted up Cadillac version is any better. I personally wouldn’t touch it for $3, much less $3000.

Hard disagree on the Ioniq 5.

Hell, I fixed a baja bug once halfway up a dirt hill with just a pair of vice grips.

ACAD - All CEO’s Are Douchebags.

I’m currently driving a manual SC2 and would strongly disagree.

The R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R, especially this one. Just look at how well it did at Goodwood this year against much more modern hardware.

You’re completely forgetting about ATESSA, which was a groundbreaking AWD system for its time. It gave the GT-R the ability to vary front-to-rear torque split on the fly via a computer controlled clutch pack, which is what enabled the GT-R to put massive amounts of power from a tuned RB26 to the ground effectively.

I’d consider selling my V-Strom to buy one of these.

I didn’t get a pic of it, but saw a silver Rivian R1T hauling ass down the 5 South just south of the 405 on Sunday morning.

I see I’m not the only one that thought this car had a case of J30 ass.

Seriously, my ‘72 240Z had a 2 shaft. So did my ‘74 VW Beetle and ‘78 VW Bus. I don’t remember seeing DIN before my ‘78 Volvo 242GT in a 70's car. It was all over the place in 80's cars, though. My ‘85 MR2 and ‘88 Impulse Turbo both had DIN stereos.

My car from the early 2000's came with a single DIN radio/CD player, but had a double DIN slot. You know what I put in there? A double DIN Pioneer media receiver with no CD and a big ass knob in the middle.

When I was a kid back in the ‘70's, my parents owned a ‘55 Chevy pickup like this, but without the 4x4 conversion. No automatic, it was 3 pedals with a “Three on the Tree” column shifter for the 3-speed manual.
