I had an Isuzu Impulse Turbo back in the day and honestly, the pod mount signals were pretty awesome once you got used to them. I really liked that setup since there was so much you could do with it without removing your hands from the wheel.

Or a VW, for that matter.

Well they do when it’s technologically feasible to do so.

The Beat really is surprisingly roomy inside. I’m a pretty large dude (6'1") who likes small cars, even though I don’t fit inside of them so well. Here’s a pic of me stuffed into a Beat that’s owned by my co-worker in Wisconsin. I’d love to have one, someday!

Right? This is a decent donor car for an 818, just for less money than asking price.

Definitely my first car, which was a 1974 VW Beetle. A whopping 55 hp or so, depending who you ask. Maybe a few more with the quiet pack exhaust and the single Weber 32/36 progressive carb I installed?

The Z32 300ZX has what I think is one of the best interiors ever...

I still remember the first time I saw a Yugo back in the 80's. My friend’s sister had just purchased one and was utterly thrilled with her purchase. We went outside and had a look around her new treasure. After poking around a bit, we popped the hood to see what motivated this tiny car and marveled at the sight of...a

I see Border Patrol vehicles on a regular basis where I live (just off the 8 fwy in the mountains east of San Diego), mostly their trucks and Jeeps due to the local terrain. I just ignore them like they’re not even in law enforcement, sometimes blowing by them at 15 over the limit.

For me, it’s replacing the window washer tank in my roommate’s Mazda 3. I’m not looking forward to pulling the bumper off just so I can get to the tank itself.

I was just thinking that this car looks like an angry beaver from the front. Not a pleasant look.

As much as I like that CX500 Turbo, I’d have to take $$ off for the paint job. While it looks quite nice, the factory paint and graphics would be much more desirable at this price.

Does it come with $15K in confiscated coke in the glovebox? Asking for a friend.

“Hell, this car looks like a liar, driven by someone who lies for a living”

I wouldn’t. I’d let Chrysler die.

For me, it’s still a manual transmission. It’s a good thing I really don’t care for newer cars.

I’d argue that they are electric sheep.

Nice to see this car is still around and still in decent running condition. I actually saw it in person parked near my friends house in Coronado, CA back in the late 80's and definitely remember the story about it in C&D back in the day.
