If it's best in general, I'd go with the Noctua or the 212 EVO. But for the enthusiast, the Swiftech H220 has always been renowned as a pretty expandable and performing cooler. Personally I haven't tried these, I'm just giving what I've heard. I use an H100i, wish I had gone with the H110. H100i is a great cooler…

Yeah, I gave up on Swype, SwiftKey, etc. None of them ever booted fast enough (especially for a 4S).
