Seasons 1 and 2. Yes. 3-End YOU BITE YOUR TONGUE!

Grimm, the show that I watched to make Sleepy Hallow look better than it really was.... my how things have changed.

Can’t say I’m surprised. The narrative arc of S5 stretched my suspension of disbelief beyond its limits. Grimms, monsters, witches? Sure. I’m with you. But Portland as some sort of springboard for worldwide political domination? Wut?!

The fact that Grimm was still on when Person of Interest had been canceled really stuck in my craw. I have nothing against Grimm, I’ve enjoyed it when I have watched it. But it is far and away a harder sell to a mainstream audience than PoI was.

If you like shows that start off episodic and become more serialized, I highly recommend Person of Interest (all 5 seasons) and Fringe (seasons 1-4, 5 is a weird one). Both have stellar acting. Unlike Supernatural’s undying shambling onward, PoI ended gracefully.

I can see this being really good, and then getting into some bigger arcs and then CBS cancelling it because it’s not procedural enough. Maybe it’ll even make it up to 4.5 seasons like POI did.

Detective Carter is the heart of the first 2.5 seasons. Definitely not under used.

That she was fairly happy in her life made it more enlightening that she related so strongly to the struggle that she jumped out of her chair
