I’m still occasionally surprised at how small my FC is. It doesn’t feel small inside but next to pretty much anything modern it looks like a toy.

It’s buried behind what I think is the emissions mess, the 12A used a thermal reactor rather than a catalytic converter so it’s a bit weird on the exhaust side. From the other side you can actually see the housings.

You must not be familiar with RX7 racing history. Between the constant high revs and using premix instead of oil injection there is little carbon buildup to cause the problems you see in street cars that aren’t driven hard. Apex seals hold up pretty well when you aren’t running boost.

I’m curious what the original recipe was that it made sense to add OJ. Jack Daniels, simple syrup, and bitters with no garnish wouldn’t make a great old fashioned but it would have been passable for a chain. Even a tiny amount of OJ makes it a completely different drink.

It depends on where you are. For most of the country bourbon or rye are implied but in Wisconson and some other areas it may be brandy.
