Oh, it's most definitely deliberate. I mean, I think Annville probably represents a microcosm of everything that's wrong with the world. Take for example, Donnie's wife. I won't spoil anything, but the cowboy plot is basically the origin story to what is arguably the most important character to the entire story other than Jesse Custer. It's crucial to see how he got to where he ended up.

There is full on frontal nudity, both male and female, in Deadpool. Fairly graphic sex as well. A 13 year old belongs nowhere NEAR this movie, in my opinion.
