I didn’t remember that line by him when I typed that. I do agree that line is misogynistic. So I was wrong there. However I’m personally speaking within the context of the talent pool in combat sports.

The same thing applies to the lower weight divisions. Do you think the male Flyweights in boxing have good

It’s not misoginy, he’s being realistic. The female talent pool is extremely small, and a good chunk of these women are not accustomed to a beat down. You can tell by the way they tend to shrink under someone like Rousey or Cyborg - women who train with bigger men than themselves. Only time will improve this.

I think the problem here is the lack of Olympic/world class talent going into this division. Once more high level wrestlers and Judokas (etc.) go in, it will be a different landscape. Right now all we’re getting are girls who started late in the sport - getting beat up by a girl who has been doing Judo for most of her

The thing is like $12 on Wii U by now.

That shits been going on waaaaay before Halo, son. *facepalm*

To hardcore fans, it’s the drama of the events that is enjoyable. Hardcore and casual fans look at different things in the violence; it’s like apples and oranges.

Serious brain injuries are rare. It usually happens to pro-fighters who go 100% sparring for years, and avoid other safety measures. Limb injuries are the common problem.

-It has built and developed fighters, I don’t see what you are basing this on. The talent pool has grown exponentially since it took over after Pride’s demise.

I never said anything bad about the refinement - hell, one of the reasons I think boxing is beautiful is because of that refinement (which MMA lacks for the most part). I’m pointing out what he said, and the fact that you can’t read for shit. You’re arguing something he didn’t even go into.

He said that now it’s too refined, he never said anything about older fighters being better... can you read?

This was an elbow but it also happens in boxing. Usually it’s just friction, hence the use of vaseline on the foreheads. Also there are parts of the glove that may be sharp - they’re usually taped up, but in a fight the tape can peel off and sometimes also cut.

The UFC isn’t the only source of MMA...

The Japanese loved it, Pride FC still has the biggest gate record, beating the US by nearly 20,000 people. They also had a monopoly on Kickboxing for more than a decade. That’s just one country and one sport; boxing is huge in most of Asia, Europe, Latin America etc. ubestupid123

It’s a very thin and difficult line for referees. Only made more difficult by having to decide on the spot. Most fights are not stopped late though, they’re usually stopped at the right time; with the second biggest one being early stoppages.

Also Battlefield 4 was so broken they had to delay the DLC on PC just to fix the bugs. But they do care more about PC than other devs, I’ll give them that.

Some fans refer to that Joker as the “homeless” Joker. And you just called him a metrosexual...

The “really really bad” part was cool. But are they seriously gonna leave those lame ass Hot Topic tattoos on him?

“The white men”, lmao, they were ravaging each other before those with the technology to travel around the world got there. And then they continued doing so. This an is “imaginary” take on it by the way.

No use trying to make sense out of Toriyama’s notoriously lazy writing.

The biggest UFC fight that never happened was Dana vs Tito... This one doesn’t even come close!
