I am so excited for the royal weeding! Meganja Markle and Prince Harrweed are such a trip as a couple. Their joint promise of love everlasting will be so amazing and if the press photos are any indica-tion, these two really love each other.

I realized today that I have not taken a painkiller of any kind since Sunday. That has not happened in months, if not years. I also have enjoyed three consecutive full nights of sleep, and even though they were assisted by sedatives, I’m feeling close to trying a night pharmaceutical-free.

But proud of me for finally sticking to my guns.
