Yeah the fact that the half-brother agreed to this would explain why they don’t have a great relationship.
I appreciate and respect the sentiment, the bravery, and the integrity in taking a stand even in the face of violent opposition.
Christ, Clinton could stand at her podium in a pot-induced stupor asking if “you’d ever really thought about your thumb, man?” and trounce Trump.
Alec Baldwin actually slipped some of this in his impression, to my delight.
I think that ‘sweetie’ is the part that just cinches the whole thing. It’s such a sugary term of demeaning condescension.
My experience with Delta, as a brown lady. Three years ago, flying from a meeting in Detroit to SF, standing in the premier line. Gate agent repeatedly tries to shoo me out of the line a good 10 minutes before boarding was going to start. Mind you he approached none of the other (white, male) passengers in the…
I get the thing about needing to ask for credentials...I do...but Delta didn’t address the whollllllllllllle awful dialogue that preceded the attendant asking for credentials:
Oh, good, I can repost this comment:
Trump will next criticize Clinton’s ill-fitting suits, her inexplicably orange skin, her tendency to loom over people, and her terrible comb-over. “I hear she just reaches out and grabs people by the pussy, is what I hear” reports Trump.

I immediately went for a Tim Curry palate cleanser!
He can’t deny knowing the People reporter either. He just says she’s too ugly for him to have harassed her.
Also still within a prosecutable timeframe.
Gloria indeed found the real deal; someone he can’t deny knowing. This is not only groping, harassment, and unwanted sexual attention - but also hiring and workplace discrimination.
I have to agree. There seemed to be an insane joy in Curry’s version. Like he was totally reveling in the idea of himself. It was rough, like Curry’s Frank-en-furter; you got the idea he hadn’t got all that ‘woman stuff’ quite down yet, but that he was thrilled with his own panache. (Realizing I’m using the male…
Yeah, exactly. Which is why having a transgender woman play a transvestite man is a terrible mistake that hits far too close to home to very real and very hurtful stereotypes people have about trans people.
That’s how I’d always understood it too. Transvestites literally play dress up for fun or kink, but don’t necessarily identify as a different gender.
