It really does vary. My mom used M&Ms with my sister and I without issue but that wasn’t enough for my son. Then with my daughter I didn’t need an extra bribe at all; she was obsessed with flushing the potty so that was enough of a reward.

Have you broken out the really good bribes? After weeks of pee but no poop and on the advice of my MIL we had “potty presents” which were matchbox cars wrapped in tissue paper. Damned if it didn’t work right away.

Get thee a maternity body pillow. I was skeptical but I finally broke down and got one for my third (and last) pregnancy and from the first night was kicking myself that I hadn’t done it sooner.

I have adhesions in my throat from all the heartburn during my pregnancies. I’d try to suck it up and just take tums for as long as possible but that just didn’t cut it. The first time I get woken up because there’s stomach acid in my nasal passages I break out the zantac.
