Maybe social media isn’t for you if you’re upset about what an actress's PA liked for her.

Am I forgetting anything major?
All this drama about adding cream to soda as though we haven’t been doing that for 150 years. I literally go out of my way to visit a local ice cream shop for egg creams. It’s not a new invention. It’s not weird. I don’t know how the children missed this, but I’m mostly mystified by how adults are reacting.
You sound like someone who yells at waiters
“if you know Baltimore and that means something to you”
okay, i won’t call it gatekeeping.
Man, I need this so bad. I always felt that any cocktail sauce I’ve had has just been too weak, in regards to horseradish.
I have had this and it is good sauce, but the stuff you get at the restaurant is significantly hotter than what they sell in the bottle. It is available through Amazon, but costs even more - like about $15.
“Jon Connington, Young Griff, Lady Stoneheart, Wyman Manderly, Victarion Greyjoy, Jeyne Poole, Harrold Hardyng, and Arianne Martell died on the way to their home planet.”

Honestly, you think her waking up and looking in the mirror everyday would produce the same response. It’s nice to be recognized, but damn, she is fine as hell, rich as hell, and successful as hell. I’d cry like that if I was just ONE of those things.
Just want to say – I look forward to these lists every month, bookmark them, and wind up spending more than I should on the books that catch my eye.
June is here, and its bookshelves are absolutely stuffed full of new genre releases.
He’s always been the best and worst thing about any of his projects. It’s just the balance of how much he was one vs the other has shifted over time. And now resides squarely in the worst category.
I can’t get past the spelling. Surely it should be “pentavirate”?

Don’t feed birds (or ducks or geese or anything else with feathers!) bread! It’s bad for them. It’s junk food: filling but not nutritious. When we’re not risking spreading a highly contagious disease, it’s okay to feed them bird food, not people food.
I really like “The Sun Only Shines On TV”. And the video is pretty good, although not as good as their classic “Take On Me” one, which it is a sequel to.
“Speculative fiction” is a bullshit term. It was invented by Robert Heinlein in the ‘50s so he could pitch his stories to upscale magazines, aka “the slicks” (Collier’s, The Atlantic, The New Yorker, etc.). “Speculative fiction” sounded more mature and responsible than “science fiction,” which was a term that had come…
