I recommend The Poet, by Michael Connelly. So freaking good/scary. And I own but have not yet read The Collector, by John Fowles; I hear it's great, but I'm scared to read it!

My synesthesia manifested with phone numbers as groups of colors, much like these book covers. My mom's work number was sage green, gold, and black. My best friend's was white and light blue. Unfortunately, that sensation pretty much disappeared at puberty.

I am a terrible sleeper. A friend gave me some expired Lunesta, and I found that I have to take it within 20 feet of my bed, that shit knocks me right out!
