It matters the Democrats don’t try to dismantle the IHS, Indian Health Service. Which has issues, but is the only health care for many on the Reservations. Even some of the tribes running it on their own use the IHS infrastructure, though I’m not sure how many.

I think Katie went about it the right way, a light hearted statement that she sometimes gets sick of coming here and seeing dick jokes without insulting anyone. I’ve had that sentiment here and there, though not in this case.
