Pontypool is one of those netflix discoveries that made me sorry that it didn’t get more attention when it was initially released. So much better than half the stuff in its genre.

This series has a lot of magic and fantastical elements in it (such as Trollocs). They’re either going to have to spend a ton of money on it per season, or figure out just the right amount of cheesiness from cheaper effects to tolerate.
