Lord knows DC can’t do a movie Lex Luthor right, why not give Marvel a chance.

Bi-pedal: Form makes it easier to pickup things in front of it and more intuitive movement controls.
I wouldn’t speak directly to Goyer either, so I’m gonna have to side with Snipes, I mean Blade, on this point. It was a terrible movie and I say that as someone who abnormally *loves* Blade 2 especially and the original. Everything Goyer has directed has been absolute talentless dreck. I also have a theory that any…
I’m only 4 episodes in, and while I get the hate it has gotten for it’s pacing, I actually kind of like the way Finn Jones plays Danny. The voice and cadence are right (if you’re comparing him to the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes version of Danny Rand, and the disconnect he has with society is fitting for someone who has…
I definitely enjoyed it more than Luke Cage. But yeah, what you listed are definitely the high points. And pretty much all of the action sequences are spot on.
David Wenham as Harold Meachum
You just had to somehow shoehorn some potshots at Trump in there, huh? I mean, they weren’t even artful or witty shots - just some tired filler material.
Why does he look like he is going to go murder an indigenous tribe of blue people?
At 0:40 you can see the crew laying down rubber mats that look like the metal flooring of a cargo plane. Zero G planes usually look like this (well, maybe without the bouncy balls):
Completely agree, that was what I was trying to say. Cruise has a reputation for knowing what works in films and putting a great deal of effort into making a good product. It’s not so much that he performs the stunts, which is still impressive, it’s that he has a reputation for coming up with the stunts, or being game…
Phoning in. What you meant to say was “phoning in.” “Dialing in” literally means the exact opposite.
My boss mixes them up all the time so my spidey senses went off.
But back on Cruise... yeah that guy seriously leverages his “I’m immortal” Scientology essence into some seriously well crafted movie scenes.
I think the “cool” factor isn’t so much that he does his own stunts, but that he and whatever production he’s working with come up with these stunts/scenes, and just do them, so they end up making these movies that have these crazy, memorable scenes in them. Him doing the airplane stunt in Rogue Nation might not have…
Dude is a phenomenal filmmaker, as a producer and actor. No one has ever accused him of dialing in a performance. And, from all the stories you hear about set folks too, he’s reportedly a very kind and friendly guy to all on set too.
For all the shit Tom Cruise gets, you can’t knock him for his commitment and not cutting corners.
Gotta give it to Tom Cruise, he goes all in on his movies.
Exactly. Mulan is the Disney movie that can gain the most from making it live action because it will feature war, death and action scenes. In a movie with a asian female lead.
I’m sure he has some clay pots people can dash against a wall in the hopes of finding loose change.
I am a huge Star Wars fan, and have been since 1977, but I didn’t miss the crawl. That’s not all that big a deal to me, as my favourite parts of Star Wars aren’t the stylistic superficial things, it’s the characters, and the adventure.
Which country are you referring to? Boaty Mcboatface was British, Trump is American.
you seriously have a problem with a T-rex, penguin, and a rubber ducky? I did not vote and have played many countless hours of the game and would be stoked to use any of the three.
